Property Costs
This property has lots of types of offices or shared open spaces available. The only issue with this space is it is a bit of a drive from my house, 37 minutes.
The monthly cost varies between the types of office that I rent. The office that I will look into is an "Office Space" which is £160 per month.
It will cost me £1920 annually. However, it may cost me less if any other spaces come up that are cheaper I may move to them or working from home circumstances come up between this time.

This property is great for me because it is not far from me, which is a key thing to me. It also has great facilities such as WIFI included which is imperative to me. Especially when I need to share large files I need high-speed connections to do so in time. I think I will begin to do mostly remote work with clients because after recent events most communication is not over teams. On the chance that a client wants to meet in person or I need them to make some input into work I'm doing, meeting rooms are available in the building. There are great reviews by over 700 people saying how good the facility is which is great when I am looking at multiple office spaces around the area, to help me find the best for me. This office space costs £250 per month equating to £3000 per year.

This nice looking property is very nice. It is 40 minutes away from my house. Which is further than the Dartfrod office however I think it is a better because the facility does offer a bit more. It is also less expensive than the other offices, which I am always my priority. It has coworking and shared spaces this may sound distracting or not as nice as a personal office but it does have some benefits. For example there may be people that are in the same business as me that I could use their skills or collaborate with them on a project.
Equipment Cost
I have chosen this camera (Canon 850D Body Only) because it has all I want as a videographer. It films in 4K which is a top feature I look for in a camera, this is because I want to create supreme quality landscape shots that match my 4K drone. It does a lot of money but it is an amazing high-quality long-lasting camera which I always strive to do with all my equipment rather than buying more disposable cameras that don't last long.

I have compared three different websites to get the best price for an outright payment or on finance.

The first is CVP which are selling the camera for £838.80 which is the cheapest out of the websites above but not the cheapest with finance. There are 6,12,18,24 month finance contracts available. I think the best finance option for me is over 18 months at £51.93, with the interest (14.9%) it comes to £1030.54 in total.

The second is a great site called Wex. They offer the camera at just a little more. It costs £849 for the outright payment method. They offer finance contracts of 12,14,36 months. If I choose to finance it will be over 23 months which is at £43.18 with interest (14.9%) totalling £187.29 I would have preferred to do it in 18 months but they do not offer it. The end payment will come to £1180.43 which is too expensive.

Finally, the final site is Canon itself which is almost £100 more expensive than the other sites. However, if I decide to purchase it through finance it is much cheaper than the other sites.There are 6,12,18,24 month finance contracts available. My chosen 18-month contract costs £55.03 per month at an interest rate of 9.9%, it totals £990.56 which is very good.
I chose this microphone (Rode VideoMic-R) because it is a great microphone for the times I will use it such as ambient audio while shooting landscapes or recording someone and I want clear audio with no clunky gear, for now.

I have compared all these three sites to compare which will be the best price for me. This includes outright payments as well as finance which varies between the sites.

The first is Wex which ar selling the microphone for £95. There is no finance available for this product because it is under £250 which is the minumm amount for financed product.

The second is CVP wich is selling the microphone for £109 which is the most expensive but it is the only one that offers Financeing. They offer 6,12,18,24 month finance contracts for this product, at an interest rate of 14.9%. If I choose to finance this product I will take the 12 month contact because it is only £9.79 per month which is £117.42 in total.

Finally Amazon sell this product the cheapest out of all sites at £85.01 with no finance options available, it is outright only. This is the provider I will most likely go with because it is not much money and easier just making the one full payment.
I have chosen this lens because it offers all that I want when working with landscapes as well as filming people close up. It is also a relatively light lens which is perfect for my DJI Ronin SC Gimbal. It is a good lens being Canon and on any site, it still offers Canon sown warranty when registered.

I have compared all of these three top websites for the best deal and full or financed payments. The offers vary between all the sites including Wex surprisingly not even offering a finance option.

The first is Wex which is the most expensive out of all three at £249. They also do not offer finance for this product which may be a problem for me because with all the equipment I am going to purchase this one I would like to finance so this company will not be an option for me.

The second site is CVP which is the cheapest out of all the sites at £229 (99 pence cheaper than Canon). They do offer finance options over 6,12,18,24 months, at an interest rate of 14.9%. If I was to use CVPfor finance I will go for the 12-month contract at £20.56 which at the end of the contract totals to £245.71. However, compared to Canon the finance option is much more so If I choose to finance it will be through Canon.

Finally Canon I think is the best option for me for payment in full or Financed. It costs £229.99 for a one-off payment. If I choose to finance it through Paypal they offer 6 and 12-month contracts at an interest rate of 0%. For longer contacts 18 and 24 months the interest is 9.9% which is very low compared to other companies. If I choose to finance this product it will be over 12 months because it is even more affordable and with a 0% interest rate which means I am paying the normal amount unlike other sites, with no extra finance costs.
Further on in my venture I hope to be dealing with many clients at once and other general agenders to do with my business. This is why I think looking into get a work phone will be important to me. This is so I can split my personal life and business in two, It is sometimes confusing with personal and work communication all on one device. So it will defiantly be something to look into soon.

I have compared these three sites to purchase the iPhone 12 Pro. I have chosen this phone because i thas the camera that I need for on the go work it comes with 5G so I will be able to communicate with clients with no signal interruptions.
The first site is Apple which is the most expensive however it gives me a 100% garentee that it will be in prestime condition like new being a Certified Refurbished product. It costs £719 in full. Finance is available through Barclays or Paypal. Barclays offer finance over 3,18,24 or 36 months. at a fixed interest rate of 14.9%. Paypal offers 6,12,18 or 24 monthly payments at an fixed interest rate of 14.9%.

The second site is Back Market I have never heard of this sit ebut Trust Pilot give it 4.7 stars so it must be good enough. They also offer a 30 day money back guarantee too which is very good. The iPhone that is being sold comes in three types of conditions after being used, Fair (£546), Good (£627.99) or Exellent (£620). I would like to go for excellent just to be safe and get an iPhone that is in useable condition. The iPhone that i would like is the good condition for £627.99, this is because its a work phone it doesn't matter to much to me if its got some minor dings to the body.

Finally Amazon are selling a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro for £615 which is cheapest considering the conidtojn it will come in which is like new. Amaozn do not offer a finance option for this product so if I do want to use Amaozn I will have to pay in full.
These lights are designed to go on top of the camera so it is easily portable and manoeuvrable whilst on the go. It also has two types of light. It has an intensely white and a kind of relaxing orange colour.

I have compared these three sites for the price however for this product all the sites same to be selling it for the same price.

The first site is Photo Specialist, which has good enough ratings. They are selling the light for £54.99 which has to be paid in one full payment because they do not offer it on finance. They do offer a 5-year warranty for the product unlike. the other websites which is a bonus.

The second site is Wex which is a very reliable provider. They sell the product for the same price at £54.99 with only an outright payment available. they do not offer finance for this product unlike Interfit.

Fianlly InterFit is the best site for me if I think because it offers finance and one time payments. It also comes with a 1 year warranty with money back or a replacement if the original product doesn't work. Paypal are the provider for the financing for this product and only offer it over a 3 month period. This will be for £18.33 over the 3 months with 0% interest.

They also offer it for 18 or 24 month contract at an interest rate of 9.9%. I would go a 12 month contract because it is more adorable and it is the longest avalabel ith no interest.

The second site is Wex which is the cheapest and offers it through finance. It is £294 for on full payment which is a great price. They do offer finance over 12, 24 and 36 months at a rate of 14.9% interest. For finance I would go for the 12 month contract, it would be 11 payments for £27.97 and a final payment of 27.59 totalling to £335.59.

The final site is Jessops that are a a great site and company that I have sued before butit isn't the cheapest and doesn't offer any more warrentys orfinace plans. It costs £319 from this company for one full payment.

I have looked at my local council for possible grants however nothing is coming up. So my local council which is the only one I can apply for is not viable for me.

This new programme by the government to get prioritised funding for what they desire relating to the arts and culture department. By 2025 an additional £75 million will be provided.

New smart devices cyber security laws one step closer (26/01/22)

This is for all devices such as smart, Tv's, Speakers, routers, phones and other digital devices. There is a new regulation coming into circulation to prohibit all digital devices sold in the UK. This is a great thing for everyone digital security is the up most important thing in this day and age, keeping client's data my own is private and confidential is imperative so a program like this is always great to see.

This research and plan go on for a long time. There is so much to consider and how the TV Licenses should be abolished due to the change of time and content consumption.

Local Full Fibre Network Programme: Wave 1 – interim evaluation (29/10/21)
This program will be an excellent help to me and to my business. At my current location network speed is incredibly slow compared to more urban environment network speeds thanks to this scheme network signal has got better and Wifi speeds are going to increase soon to me soon. This will save me so much time, as well as give me confidence when talking to clients, via video call.

Consumer Trends
This program is an exellent example of comsumer trends. Doctor Who a world renouned series about a time travler for the past 10 series been played by a male actor. However for the past 3 series it has been played but a femlale actor, Jodie Whiticker.
I could include soemting like this in my work for example focusing on female leands and business owners.
Exploiting Trends
This YouTube Video by AmericanASB is a great example of the type of promo work that I could take upon. Such as the style and product placement.
An interesting detail I noticed on the company's Google page is that they have included a spinal section. This I for the LGBTQ+ community, to just promote that they are very accepting of everyone.
This loan that I have looked into is going to cover all the extra equipment that I am looking for. However, after looking at this it has now affected my credit score somehow so this will be the only research for a loan I will be looking at this time.
